Over the Thanksgiving weekend my best friend Kari Mecham and her family came to visit from California. They have lots of family around Utah, but I was lucky enough to steal a day with them. Kari and I got to go get Pedicures, we played crazy Uno, and had wonderful food. The next morning it had snowed again, ad we decided that it was time to take her son Parker out in the hills behind our house, and show him what real snow is like. The kids had a ball and maybe the parents even had more fun. Thanks Ben and Kari for coming and visiting us, and more importantly Derek and Parker have become amazing friends.
