Discovery Gateway

Since Grandma Carol was visiting we decided to take the kids up to SLC to go to the Discovery Gateway museum. It is a cute museum and both boys had lots of fun.
Playing in the water works was a big hit
Derek thought is was so school to "be on tv"
This magnetic marble maze was way up his Alley. You could just watch his little mind just spin.
The helicopters were cool.
Then of course we ended the day with dinner at Tucannos for Carols birthday!

Orchard Days

This morning was the beginning of a very busy day. Started off with washing fire trucks, followed by the orchard days parade, then lunch with just Daddy Mommy and Derek, going and seeing Planes Fire and Rescue, then that night with the Santaquin Rodeo and fireworks. We had a blast but are now extremely wore out!
Waiting for the parade to start.
Throw me some Candy!!

Some fun pics

Where do you look for jake when you can't find him. Why the bathtub of course.
I love his crazy hair
Just chillin
Jake is soaked after jumping in the pool for the water guns, he for got them though.
Jake just learned to walk but this fearless monkey is climbing everywhere. Can't turn your back on him for a sec. He definately always keeps me busy.

A lost teeth and a fat lip

Derek was told to get down off the back of the couch, so he got the brilliant idea to jump to the coffee table. He missed! He knocked out one of his front teeth that was already loose and now has a busted lip and another tooth hanging by a thread. Sip'n trip to make him feel better😉

And this is how we make everything better, a big snow come!
The next morning he decided that the one left over tooth was to loose and it was hurting him, so while mom was in the shower he pulled it out all by himself. He even stopped the bleeding by himself. He was so proud of himself and so am I. This one had a lot less tears that's for sure.
