Camping

We recently went Camping to Yuba Lake and had a blast.  We went with several families from our church group.  We had lots of fun and the kids and parents wore ourselves out.  We all went down for the Sand Castle competition.  Several of our friends competed and many of the won, we were so proud of them.   We didn't take a lot of pictures, actually Corey is the only one who took any pictures.  I pretty much had my phone turned off the whole time and it felt nice to have unplugged for a weekend.

We have recently bought a very old trailer, but it is nice and I have my own toilet which makes everything better.  There is even a little shower which allowed me to wash the boys off before bed.  We decided that we would never tent camp again.

We had so many families come down together that we kind of did a circle the wagons thing, which kept other people from out of our camp and it was much easier keeping an eye out for the kids.  The kids all had easy access to the water and the parents all had easy access to the trailers.

On the last night Jake was so wore out that he fell dead asleep while drinking his bottle.  We hadn't even had time to set up his pack n play yet. 

The last night was the super moon and it was honestly gorgeous.  I'm sorry the pictures are grainy but they are all we got. 

Needless to say we had so much fun and we are looking forward to our next trip.  This summer has been so much fun and so busy, but it has been one of the best summers in a long time.
