St. George

So for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day this year we decided that we were going to splurge and we were headed down to St. George with our friends the Marbles, now we weren't very good about taking many pictures but we did take some.  This guy was hilarious and we all had a blast, it was a great weekend. This was the first actual vacation that our family went on where we weren't with family, quite a step for our little family.

The show was at the Tuacahn Amphitheatre which is completely gorgeous, what a back ground right.



So the next day while The Marbles went to a movie we decided to do a little sight seeing (Derek doesn't do movies well at all).  We visited the St. George Temple, which is beautiful, yet on a beautiful sunny day like this day was it is also very bright!

After the Temple we headed to the Dinosaur Museum, Derek really likes dinosaurs so we thought that this would be perfect for him, we saw it in the St. George pamphlets, and on their billboards and they make this place sound huge, well it really wasn't it took us all of about 25 minutes to slowly walk around and see everything.

He was just so excited to actually be able to touch something



Yep just one warehouse size, although it was cool that they just built the museum on top of the the excavation site. 



That's a pretty tall leg!
