This year was a Preston Family Christmas, but because of the weather it didn't look like Grandma Carol was going to be able to make it. We had received so much snow, and there was so much wind in Wyoming, that the roads stay closed a lot of the time. A friend of her's heard about her situation and made a few calls, low and behold she was able to hook Carol up with a Buddy pass and she flew in to Salt Lake City from Casper, Wyoming on Christmas Eve. Derek was so excited when he saw her at the airport he started to cry. It was really sweet to see the love that he has for his Grandma. They really do have a special relationship. That day was filled with a few last minute errands and then that night was family night.

Grandma Carol had a game where they had to unwrap from saran wrap all these presents, and they had to hurry while it was there turn and the music was still going. When the music stopped they had to give it to his brother. They really liked this game and came away with some fun little toys and candy.

| There really was just so much Saran Wrap. |
| Santa definitely came to our house. |
| The boys were so excited with the toys that Santa brought. |
| Jake was really funny, he only liked opening other peoples presents not his own. |
| Did we forget to say that starting Christmas Eve it started snowing and continued to snow for the next 24 hours. This was about 3/4 of the way through. Corey shoveled twice and it seemed like it took forever. |
| While shoveling the 2nd time the boys decided that they were ready to play in the dark in the snow. Oh well they were having fun and it was Christmas. |

| This is what Jake does with stickers. |
